Intermar Hotel, one of Marmaris' premier tourist destinations, is a 100-room hotel. In an effort to expand the reach of the hotel's accommodation experience and provide greater accessibility to our guests, I took steps in the field of digital marketing.

Digital Marketing Activities:

Social Media Management: I established accounts for Intermar Hotel on popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and Twitter, fostering a closer relationship with guests. I created content showcasing the beauty of Marmaris and the advantages of the hotel, enabling us to reach a broader audience through social media.

Management and Monitoring of Digital Sales Channels: I included the hotel in more reservation channels, offering guests more options. Simultaneously, I effectively managed the hotel's pricing and inventory on digital platforms, enhancing operational efficiency. I updated outdated agency management panels and provided brief training to hotel staff on how to use these panels.

Publication of Videos and Images in the Digital Market: I created videos and images that reflected the features and atmosphere of Intermar Hotel. When preparing this content, I specifically aimed to highlight what was already present in agreement with the hotel management. Many marketing professionals can create deceptive or misleading content to portray their marketed company in a better light. My priority was to align expectations with reality by accurately representing the facts. This approach led to a 70% reduction in customer complaints because guests found exactly what they had seen when they arrived. These contents contributed to the hotel's visibility and appeal in the digital market.

Campaign Management: I organized special holiday campaigns and discounts, offering attractive opportunities to potential guests. I reached out to previous or loyal customers and optimized regular informative email campaigns with their consent. The success of these campaigns resulted in a significant increase in reservations.
